Our services are complete---airline itineraries, accommodations, prepaid green fees, confirmed tee times, local transportation, and special amenities or sightseeing at your request. RESPONSIBILITIES and CONDITIONS
Golf Tours International, d/b/a Classic GOLF Tours as the tour operator and The Spirit of Travel, and their selling agents, are responsible solely for the making of travel arrangements for travel and tour services, golf and accommodations, upon the express condition and agreement that the above named or any of their selling agents or subagents assume and accept no liability arising from any cause beyond the reasonable control of Classic GOLF Tours, or for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity, inconvenience or expense arising from the use of any transportation conveyer, golf course, accommodations or services provided in connection with such individual's travel plans, and no liability arising from strikes, wars, weather, quarantines, sickness, criminal acts, governments restrictions or arising from any act or omission of any individual, firm or corporation furnishing transportation, sightseeing, golf, accommodations, or for any other cause whatsoever in connection therewith. Classic GOLF Tours and Spirit of Travel reserve the right to accept, decline or retain any customer at any time.

REFUND and CANCELLATION POLICY
Written notification of cancellation must be received at Classic GOLF Tours as soon as possible after initial notification by phone.

General Cancellation Policy:
60 or more days before departure:  loss of deposits
30-59 days prior to departure:  50% of total land package
14-29 days prior to departure:  75% of total land package
13 days or less prior to departure:  100% of total land package

There are no refunds for unused or partially used portions of a booked itinerary due to flight delays, schedule changes or any other reason.

Please note: Some destination packages have more restrictive refund and cancellation policies.  If so, these policies supercede the above.
